What is a HopeCard and how does it work?
HopeCard is a Visa card that converts cryptocurrency into fiat currency, bridging the gap between real world and virtual currencies. The converted fiat currency is then loaded onto the card and can be spent anywhere Visa cards are accepted.
Is HopeCard free? How much does a HopeCard cost?
There is no opening fee and top up fee for HopeCard. A monthly fee of $1 is required for all tiers of accounts. Users have to top up at least $10, complete KYC verification and select the card type in order to activate the card. This deposit will serve as available funds for transactions within the account. Please note that HopeCard currently supported on the ERC and TRON networks.
How can I upgrade the account tier?
Tier upgrade with one of the following three criteria:
1.Spending
The default account tier for HopeCard is VIP1. By accumulating $5,000 or $12,000 in total spending, users can upgrade to VIP2 or VIP3 accounts, respectively, unlocking a range of premium privileges and benefits; or
2.Holding $LT
The more $LT you have, the more benefits you enjoy! By holding 250,000,000 or 600,000,000 $LT, HopeCard accounts can upgrade to VIP2 or VIP3, respectively; or
3.Inviting new users
HopeCard holders can invite new users to join by using their unique referral codes. Accumulate 25 or 50 successful referrals to unlock the VIP2 or VIP3 tier, respectively.
Note: In the event of any discrepancy between the HopeCard Referral Programme and the above rules, the HopeCard Referral Programme shall prevail and VIP4 upgrades will be available for a limited time. Hope.money has the ultimate right to interpret the rules.
How much rebate can I earn?
Users enjoy monthly rebates on their spending based on different VIP account tiers. The spending rebates correspond to VIP tiers 1–4, which are 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, and 0.4% respectively.

1.HopeCard Bonus Pool: Invite your friends to share substantial rewards! Starting from 5,000 USD and $LT Tokens!
During the event, for every valid new user who successfully completes registration and makes any regular transaction, we will provide a corresponding reward of 120,000 $LT injected into the public bonus pool, which already contains a fixed amount of 5,000 USD.
Whenever the number of valid new HopeCard users increases by 100, we will then inject 12,000,000 $LT into the bonus pool as part of the rewards. Ultimately, the bonus pool for this event will consist of 5,000 USD + N * 120,000 $LT.
All participating users will be ranked based on the number of valid new users they have invited, and the distribution of the bonus pool will be determined accordingly. There is no cumulative upper limit for the bonus pool.

Bonus Pool Distribution:
- TOP 1 exclusively receives 5%
- TOP 2–5 share equally 15%
- TOP 6–10 share equally 10%
- TOP 11–50 share equally 20%
- TOP 51–100 share equally 10%
- TOP 100+ share equally 40%
The rankings will be published on Hope.money’s official community every week, and the final rewards will be sent to users’ HopeCard accounts within seven working days after the event concludes.
2.HopeCard Referral Program: Earn Rebates for each friend invites! The more invites, the higher the earnings!
Whenever you invite a new friend to open HopeCard, and they successfully complete registration and make any regular transaction, you will receive a reward of 1 USD. When the number of friends you’ve invited accumulates to 10, we will send 10 USD to your HopeCard account.
Event Period: October 13, 2023 to November 17, 2023 (UTC+8)
Eligibility for Participation: Invite at least 5 valid new users.
The rewards for the new user invitation activity will be distributed according to the T+1 standard, with statistics conducted every working day.
3.HopeCard VIP Upgrades: Upgrade tiers when you invite new users for free!
During the event period, once an existing user has successfully reached a certain number of new invites, they can upgrade their HopeCard VIP account benefits. After the upgrade is completed, it will be valid for 90 days (calculated from the date of upgrade + 90 days), and the corresponding account benefits will take effect immediately.

HopeCard Account Tier Promotion Conditions:
- Valid Invitations ≥ 10, VIP2 Benefits Upgrade (only for users below VIP2)
- Valid Invitations ≥ 20, VIP3 Benefits Upgrade (only for users below VIP3)
- Valid Invitations ≥ 100, VIP4 Benefits Upgrade (only for users below VIP4)
If a user’s HopeCard account tier has already reached the corresponding one, there will be no account upgrade.
These are the initial activities included in the public beta phase of the first virtual HopeCard. You can participate in these activities to quickly earn substantial rewards and enjoy long-term rebates from new users invited when they use HopeCard for transactions.
