HopeLend Public Beta
The HOPE Ecosystem, featuring the distributed stablecoin $HOPE, aims to provide frictionless and transparent next-gen financial infrastructure and services accessible to everyone. By bridging CeFi and TradFi use cases to DeFi, the all-in-one HOPE Ecosystem provides a comprehensive set of use cases for $HOPE, including swap, lending, custody, clearing, and settlement, while incentivizing users to participate in the ecosystem and community governance through $LT.
As an integral component of the HOPE Ecosystem, HopeLend is a decentralized, non-custodial lending protocol that’s set to redefine how you utilize and interact with assets not only within the HOPE Ecosystem and the entire DeFi space.
HopeLend Public Beta will launch on the Ethereum Sepolia TestNet on 20th July 2023, followed by the official launch on Ethereum MainNet. To celebrate this milestone, HOPE is launching “The Next-Millionaire” Contest to reward all HOPE Ecosystem participants and contributors.
Multiple rounds of “The Next-Millionaire” Contest will be rolled out to accompany the launch of HopeLend on TestNet and MainNet, respectively. More details are below.
20,000 $HOPE to be won!
- All public beta testers will equally share a prize pool of 8,000 $HOPE.
- All public beta testers can enter the 1st round of “The Next-Millionaire” Contest and stand a chance to share a prize pool of 12,000 $HOPE.
How to Win
- Complete the registration on Gleam. (Task URL will be published on 20th July)
- All registered wallets will be airdropped with test tokens.
- Use the test tokens to test out HopeLend Public Beta.
- All testers that have completed steps 1, 2, and 3 can equally share 8,000 $HOPE and enter the 1st round of “The Next-Millionaire” Contest.
- A specific block height on the Bitcoin Blockchain will be chosen by the team and announced on official Twitter on 20th July 2023. — Already announced as 801,800.
- Every tester can make one guess (not changeable after submission) of the exact time (including timezone information, up to minutes) when the block height on the Bitcoin Blockchain reaches the number announced in step 5.
- A referrer and all subsequent referees will be grouped into a team. There are no limits to the maximum number of members within a team.
- Every participant needs to join our Discord server and fill up a contestant form within the “Next-Millionaire-Contest” channel with your guess and your wallet address.
- After the Bitcoin block height announced in step 5 has been recorded on-chain, the team will become the winner as long as one of the members has made the closest guess. i.e., more members=more chances to win!
- The winning team will be rewarded with a prize pool of 12,000 $HOPE. In the case of a draw, all winning teams will share the prize pool equally.
- The team will verify if all contestants have completed steps 1, 2, and 3 before announcing the winner.
Timeline
- Public Beta and “The Next-Millionaire” Contest will run from 20th July 2023 to 5th August 2023.
- Prizes will be distributed 7 working days after 5th August 2023.
